Files in the current repository that should be removed or replaced to finish the migration:

Replace:

• _config.yml
• _data/navigation.yml
• _pages/about.md
• _pages/cv.md
• _pages/portfolio.html

Remove template/demo publications:

• _publications/2009-10-01-paper-title-number-1.md
• _publications/2010-10-01-paper-title-number-2.md
• _publications/2015-10-01-paper-title-number-3.md
• _publications/2024-02-17-paper-title-number-4.md
• _publications/2025-06-08-paper-title-number-5.md

Remove template/demo portfolio items:

• _portfolio/portfolio-1.md
• _portfolio/portfolio-2.html

Remove template/demo teaching items unless you want to keep a teaching section:

• _teaching/2014-spring-teaching-1.md
• _teaching/2015-spring-teaching-2.md

Optional cleanup:

• remove Talks / Blog Posts / Guide from navigation if you keep those pages in the repo
• remove sample PDFs and BibTeX files from files/
• remove stock template posts/talks if they are not going to be used
